Refund policy
I handmake each piece. I give 100% and do my best to provide a beautiful product from natural cotton rope.
Each piece may vary slightly in size and colour.
Each piece of wood is sourced locally and will vay in shape, size and colour. Each piece of wood is unique and most are not perfectly straight.
Returns
Returns are not acceptable if you change your mind. Please be sure before purchase. I use natural cotton and natural wood. I only accept returns if there is a defect or damage to the product when you receive it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are accepted on damaged or faulty products. If you receive your package damaged, please send photos as its been received and i will refund your money or remake it for you and re send it at my expense.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lornaandlila@gmail.com and send your item to: 26 Cousins Street Karrinyup Western Australia AU 6018.
Shipping
Most shipping is through Australia Post. Large and heavy orders will be sent via courier. I will provide tracking for all parcels posted.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 26 Cousins Street Karrinyup Western Australia AU 6018
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
